This is a wrongful termination case in which Emily Catherine Miksch sued Exxon Corporation d/b/a Exxon Company U.S.A. ("Exxon") for allegedly firing her in violation of the parties oral employment agreement. The trial court granted summary judgment in Exxons favor, and Miksch perfected this appeal. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
